Sigma 16mm 1.4 Review [Sony e mount] – Is it too good to be true?

★ The Sigma 16mm 1.4 Review for Sony E mount ★ Is this the lens that every owner of the a6500, a6300, and a6000 should own? Or is it too good to be true?

16mm on the Sony APS-C is a fantastic focal range, just wide enough without being ultrawide. Then, keep in mind that f1.4 aperture and you have to know that this lens is going to make a splash. Think it’s too good to be true?

What is your favorite lens? WHY? 🧐

Lenses ought to come with two markers – 'f1.4 able' and 'f4 usable.' I find it obnoxious to pay a premium for f1.4 and then be told to close it down for sharpness. Manufacturers get away with a lot!

I have a doubt. Is it weather resistant ?. I have a sigma 56 mm with my a6600. That combination was good but I need a wider lens, So I decided to buy this sigma 16 mm. And this video really helped me. Thanks brother.

I bought the 56mm sibling and loved it so much I bought the 16mm last night.
I shoot stills on my a6000 and even at 56mm it's fast enough that I don't miss the stabilization.

This same exact lens is compatible with the M50 right? Not like a different model or whatever?

A lot of people's only con about this lens is the weight but man, I have to say, just like you, I like the weight. Definitely feels like you have a tough, great built, quality lens in your hands. I feel like a light weight lens would make it feel kinda cheap

Sir, for landscape photography which one should be preferred Sigma 16 or Sigma 30 as I am very much confused. Don't want to waste the brilliance in order to save a few bucks.
